Meet Mr Thabiso Patrick Baloyi, a graduate from University of Limpopo and an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with a right of appearance. Mr Baloyi was admitted as an attorney of the High Court, South Africa on the 22nd February 2010. From the year 2010, his journey as an attorney includes working with law firms, Dyason and Iqbal Mahommed Attorneys both situated in Pretoria, until March 2013 when he joined Chuene Attorneys, as a third-party law firm which is also situated in Pretoria. He worked as a professional assistant/head of litigation department while in the employ of Chuene Attorneys until December 2015. In January 2016, he joined Maponya Inc Attorneys, at their Mafikeng office where he worked as a professional assistant until August 2017 when he was appointed as a director in their general litigation department and later appointed as a branch manager in March 2019. He remained in the employment of Maponya Inc Attorneys until the end of April 2022 when he resigned and found a new law firm, hence TP Baloyi Inc Attorneys. His qualifications include an LLB Degree from the University of Limpopo and a Certificate in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa. He is highly experienced in general litigation and his experience extends to third party law; administrative law, Employment law, Corporate and Commercial law.
